NHCS Teachers Featured in Speakers Series in Boston

Three of our school’s amazing teachers will represent NHCS at the Fourth Annual Boston EdTalks sponsored by the Boston Foundation.  They were one of four teams of educators from Greater Boston selected this year to share their ideas and practice with education, business, philanthropic and community leaders.

Director of Creative Arts Maura Jereb, Middle School Social Studies Teacher David Hughes, and Fifth Grade English and Social Studies Teacher Mary McCarthy will join to give a talk called, “Rich and Structured Learning Experiences: Creating an Environment for All Children to Succeed.”  The event takes place Thursday, May 7, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Boston Foundation, 75 Arlington Street.
