Make a gift through your Donor Advised Fund

If you have a DAF through Fidelity Charitable, BNY Mellon Charitable Gift Fund, or Schwab Charitable, you can recommend Neighborhood House Charter School for a grant from your Donor Advised Fund (DAF).

Donate Appreciated Securities

Transferring appreciated marketable securities is an excellent way to support Neighborhood House’s educational mission and receive double tax benefits, including:

  • A charitable income tax deduction based on the full fair market value of the securities; and
  • Avoidance of the capital gains tax otherwise due upon the sale of the appreciated stock, bonds, ETF’s or mutual funds.
