NHCS Lower School Offers

Social-Emotional Learning & Student Support Services Scholars are supported based on individual need (IEPs, 504 plans; ELL services; on-site counselors, School Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist; sub-separate and partial-inclusion classrooms available).

Lunch & Reading Groups Small group gatherings for additional support and peer-to-peer relationship-building.

Rotating Specials & Student Government Physical Education, Visual Arts, Music, Recess, KidLab (STEM for 1st-4th Grade); Student Council elections for 2nd-4th grades.

Field Explorations & Trips Off-campus explorations and classroom field trips in all grades.

Individualized Attention Dedicated Teachers, Teaching Fellow in each class, Special Education Teacher for each grade.

Free Breakfast & Lunch Free breakfast and lunch is provided for all scholars.
